Within the customer relations department attached to the operations department, you will be responsible, after a training period, for receiving incoming calls, making estimates and ultimately monitoring your customers' files.

We are looking for profiles with excellent communication

- Creation of estimates

- Know the services offered by the structure well

- Know how to convince

You will follow initial training.

You are very comfortable with computer tools.
